New environment, new class, new classmate, new lecturer/tutor... I had been dealing this for today ^^... luckily everything went all accordingly ^^ ... I was scare that I'm the only weirdo among the classmate. Well, some of my classmate are from TARC, Stamford, New Era, Binary etc... mostly come from diploma entry ^^ ...
Today I had Organisation Behaviour 3 (Leadership)... Ms. Tan is my lecturer. She taught us a lot of leadership and personality test. On the same time, she call us to try the list of General Personality Test which is given by her. She inform us that there is 4 types of personality which are melancholic, phlegmatic, sanguine and choleric. she explain a lot to us... which makes me feel bad ^^' ... know why... because I had forgotten those ^^ (mostly). Besides, I dislike OB =.=|| ever since I'm in tarc... hoho... is the subject matter not the lecturer/tutor ^^... gomeneh~
I guess OB3 assignment which is Investigative interrogative profiling can kill me off in any time since the requirement for the reference itself mux be in 45(minimum), at the beginning she was setting up to 60 references... everyone was shocked o.O ... really OMG!?...luckily she make it to 45... try my best to fullfil it... Gambateh ne... My first assignment is research on 2 leader which had different traits as well as different types of leadership T.T ... I need to do a lot of research base on this assignment. This assignment took 60% of my coursework O.O and the passing marks is 40% .The due date will be either november or december. Other than this, my second coursework is Reflective Report where I need to write a feedback from peers. *Drives me into a corner to plan all this* hope that everything will be fine as it is....

There is a lot of question inside. As for today I give up since I just finish my school evaluation itself which need to be submitted on the 21 July... that survey had a lot of question which drives me crazy in anytime =.=|| . Besides, the list of the website that given had been surfed... There is too many question >.<|| can't take as for today .... to be continue on the other day hehe~ After my OB3, I hav International HRM. Jumping for joy... since I kindda like this module from the beginning ^^ ... but then it is kindda tough since it require critical thinking which need to provide information on the idea of that... T.T ... sigh!? all the best bahz... since I had no idea on what is going on sometime... >.<|| Too tired after the class for today... perhaps i had been in holidays for this past 2 month and makes me more lazy than usual... can't help since I was kinda excited during the past few days... besides, I guess i need to study back all my IHRM and OB before attending the class next week since I was like lost today (forgotten what had been learn but then recall once they speak it out)... mah, juz need to work hard ^^ ... bai bai, dewa mata tsugi no toki ne~~
