Single-use plan is use when there is an unique situation. It is only use once and will not use for the second time. For example, degree programme. We only study degree in business administration for once. Since, we already get the qualification and the certificate, we will not continue the same course for the second time.

Standing plan is use to guide us. It can be use repeatedly for the second time. For example, school rules. Each student will be provided a booklet of rules and regulation. It is for them, what they should do and to be well disciplined. When there is freshman enter, they will be provide the same booklet of rules and regulation.

I don't know weather my answer worth 12m or not since it is really very short T.T really want to cry... she said if who score the high mark will give bonus 2m for them if the lowest then marks will be deducted.. I really so sad and scare .... I really don't know what is my mind thinking and what to do at that time... sigh... whatever... what had past already past, I can't go back to my past.

Then, BC tutorial, we are having party haha~~ William and Sze Kian help our group and purchase ice jelly.... since Jerry is doing Ice jelly for his presentation... everyone of us enjoying ice jelly hehe~~ then, Tom present... and so far... he is the highest in the class... 80/100 really brilliant and congrete ... then Pei shi... she present dragon fruits... so delicious... hehe~~

I very lazy already... hehe~~ i want to do some others thing.... jyan ne.... oyasumi nasai~~
